2. Services Provided
Cyber Net provides high-speed Broadband Internet, IP Telephony, CCTV Solutions, and Data Connectivity services. Our services are primarily available in Adabor, Dhaka, and surrounding areas, subject to network availability and feasibility.
3. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide authentic and updated information during line registration.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their self-service portal credentials and Wi-Fi passwords.
- Services must strictly be used in compliance with government cyber laws and BTRC regulations. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
4. Billing & Service Suspension
- Subscription fees are payable in advance on a monthly prepaid cycle.
- Failure to settle monthly dues within the scheduled due date may result in automatic service suspension until full payment is received.
