Return & Refund Policy
Please read our policy carefully before subscribing to Cyber Net services.
At Cyber Net, we aim to deliver seamless and high-speed broadband services. Because internet subscriptions are digital service-based products, our financial terms are structured as follows:
All monthly recurring subscription charges, advance payments, and billings once processed are non-refundable.
Initial optical fiber setup fees, drop-wire costs, and installation charges are one-time service expenses and cannot be refunded after deployment.
Purchased hardware devices (ONU, Routers) are non-refundable after installation. Any physical warranty claims must follow manufacturer policies.
If a customer requests disconnection before the end of a billing cycle, remaining unused days will not be refunded or credited.
